When you leave a comment on the Site, an anonymized string created from the User’s email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if the User is using the Gravatar service. (c) Mailgun. We use Mailgun as our email service to send, receive, and track email. Mailgun temporarily indexes and maintains the bodies of messages as well as the metadata of a message, which includes the sender, recipient(s), subject line, originating IP address and other routing data. (i) Google Services. We use Google AdSense advertising services and Google Analytics tools on this Site. We may also embed video content from YouTube and use other Google services. 10. HOW LONG DOES YOGUELY.COM RETAIN PERSONAL INFORMATION?

11. HOW CAN A USER ACCESS, CHANGE, AND/OR DELETE PERSONAL INFORMATION?

(a) Blog. If you have left comments on the blog, you can request to receive an exported file of the data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data you have provided to us. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

(b) Forum. For Users that register on our forum (if any), those Users can see, edit, correct, update, and/or delete any personal information they submit to the forum. Use your logon credentials to sign in to the forum and then follow the instructions below.

(i) Modify Profile. To update your personal information, hover over the Profile button on the main menu, select the Account Settings button, and then select option you which to modify.

(ii) Export Data. To export your User data information or posts, hover over the Profile button on the main menu, select the Account Settings button, and under the Actions menu select Export Data. To download User profile information, select the link under Export User Data Information. If you wish to export posts, enter the Start Message ID and End Message ID you wish to export and select the Export Data button.

(iii) Delete Account. If you wish to delete your account and all of your personal information, hover over the Profile button on the main menu, select the Account Settings button, and under the Actions menu select the Delete this account. Enter your current password to confirm that you want to delete your account, then select Yes. Completing this action will log you out of the forum, and your account will be permanently deleted.

(b) Public Information. Even after you have deleted your personal information from the Site, keep in mind that search engines and other third-parties may retain copies of your public information.

(c) Mailing Lists or Registrations. You may update your preferences or unsubscribe from mailing lists or any registrations on the Site. To do so, please either follow instructions on the page of the Site on which you have provided such information, subscribed, or registered. You may also change how you receive emails by selecting the Update Preferences link or the Unsubscribe link in the footer of any email you receive from us to remove your email from the .

(ii) Subscribing to a Topic. There are two ways to enable email notifications to keep up with interesting topics.

(1) When you are posting a reply, under Attachments and other options, you may check the Notify me of replies checkbox.

(2) When you are viewing the topic, you may select the NOTIFY button at the top or bottom of the page. You will be asked if you are sure, select OK to confirm the subscription.

(iii) Subscribing to a Board. Email notifications to keep up with interesting boards. To subscribe to a board, you may select the NOTIFY button at the top or bottom of the message index of the respective board.

(iv) Unsubscribing from a topics and boards. Once you have subscribed to a topic or a board, you may manage your subscriptions in your profile. Hover over the Profile button on the main menu, select the Account Settings button, and under Modify Profile menu select Notifications. On the Notifications page, you will be presented with a list of every topic and board you have subscribed to. To turn off email notification for a topic or board, check the box next to the respective topic(s) or board(s) you wish to unsubscribe from and select Unnotify.

To quickly unsubscribe from a topic or a board which you are currently viewing, you may select the UNNOTIFY button which is located above and below the topic display or the message index of a board.

(v) Modify notification timespan and condition for topics and boards. Hover over the Profile button on the main menu, select the Account Settings button, and under Modify Profile button select Notifications. On the Notifications page, under For topics and boards I’ve requested notification on, notify me: select from the drop down menu how often you wish to receive email notifications. On the Notifications page, under For topics and boards I’ve requested notification on, notify of: select from the drop down menu what event would you like to be notified of.

(vi) Modify notifications for forum newsletters, announcements and important notifications. Hover over the Profile button on the main menu, select the Account Settings button, and under Modify Profile button select Notifications. On the Notifications page, check the box to Receive forum newsletters, announcements and important notifications by email. Uncheck the box to unsubscribe.

(vii) Enable notification when you post or reply to a topic. If this setting is enabled, you will automatically be subscribed to any topic you reply to or post yourself. Hover over the Profile button on the main menu, select the Account Settings button, and under Modify Profile button select Notifications. On the Notifications page, check the box to Turn notification on when you post or reply to a topic. Uncheck the box to unsubscribe.

(viii) Modify Notification for personal messages. Hover over the Profile button on the main menu, select the Account Settings button, and under Modify Profile button select Personal Messaging. On the Personal Messaging page, select from the drop-down menu options next to Notify by email every time you receive a personal message to modify your email notification settings for personal messages in the forum.

(ix) Modify whether users are allowed to email you. If this setting is enabled, users will be able to email you. Your email will not be visible to the sender. The sender’s email address will be visible to you, the recipient. Hover over the Profile button on the main menu, select the Account Settings button, and under Modify Profile button select Account Settings. On the Account Settings page, check the box next to Allow users to email me. Uncheck the box to disallow users from emailing you.
